Today Im going to tell you that how you can make your own boot logo for you device . its too simple just follow my steps and instructions you can make easily ,
You Need :-
1) PC running any version of windows
2) logo.bin ( Download)
3) logo builder ( Download hare)
4) winrar for open archives ( download)
4) MS paint which is inbuilt in any version of windows
5) Brain must lol
lets start :-
step 1:- download logo.bin and logo builder put on you desktop. and also make a folder on desktop as im giving name to this folder logo
step 2:- now open Logo builder.zip and run LogoBuilder.exe
Step 3:- now logo builder software will be opened and choose Create New Project
step 4:- you will get open window for select logo.bin which we have placed on desktop select the click on open button.
step 4:- now u will got browse window for select for folder which we have created on Desktop with LOGO name select that folder then ok
step 5:- now u will see the contents of logo.bin just do nothing close window
step 6:- open LOGO folder which we have created on desktop these all contacts automatically extracted in that folder
step 7:- there is two files which show in boot screen as logo img1 and img39 . u can minimize this window and take pic which u want to use as boot logo place that image on desktop and right click on image click on edit to open in MS Paint
Step 8:- now MS Paint edit window is front of you . select on resize you will get resize and skew window. select on Pixel button and and untick maintain aspect ratio . give horizontal vale 480 and vertical 800 then click on ok button . 480*800 is unite 2 screen resulation. see snapshot for more clarification.
if u have another phone u have to give value as that model resulation and also need to choose logo.bin of that model
Step 9:- now save as this pic with PNG file format refer snapshot
Step 10:- now rename pic which u edited right now as img1 copy and replace in LOGO folder

step 12:- now u can see in LOGO folder both image replaced there . rotate img39 clockwise 2 times to change to 180 degree. because U2 has flipped screen. if u want to flash on stock kk or Lollipop firmware or want to make logo for another phone then skip this step this step only for to flash on kk based Custom roms
step 13:- close the folder and open Logobuilder.exe and choose Open exiting project
step 14:- now you will get browse for folder window and select LOGO folder from desktop location and select on ok
step 15:- now u will see your own img in boot logo no click on make button
step 16:- now open LOGO folder u will get Update.zip and logo.bin files in LOGO folder you can flash update folder to flash this logo on your device or u can take logo.bin file to replace in any custom rom .
congratulations finally now your Logo is created now u can put update.zip folder in your phone and flash throug recovery
